Harpersbrook Kennels is situated in Brigstock, Northamptonshire and is now run by David Chudley. David specialises in the breeding and training of gundogs for shooting people in the shooting field. He aims to breed for temperament and ability.  

David’s Father, Keith Chudley, started training in 1948. David joined the business in 1972 and has now been training for 36 years. David ran his own shoot from 1982 to 2005 and also competes in and judges Field Trials. He has competed and won with springer spaniels, cocker spaniels and labradors. Also making up Field Trial Champions along the way. David is Chairman of the Cocker Club and also the Midland Counties Field Trial Society

The kennels is set in twelve acres with a large well stocked rabbit pen, which is invaluable in the training of spaniels. We also have access to woodland and arable farmland.
